Steamer Quay Cottage is a delightful holiday home, quite capable of entertaining many guests in comfort.
The highlight for me here is the games room. Here you’ll find a PS2 console, DVD player and the above pool table. You’ll also find a balcony at the back of the house!
Goodrington Sands, near Quaywest Water Park, is less than 100 metres from the property. This disabled friendly beach has also won a Quality Coast award.
Modern and spacious, I feel Steamer Quay Cottage can just make your stay in Paignton that bit more splendid.

*Exquisite Eco-House.
*5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10.
*Set in Appledore, 3 miles from Westward Ho!
*For further details on The Chiel, please click here.
Let you and your conscience take a rest with this enviromentally friendly corker!
While The Chiel was designed with the enviroment in mind, I think the developers were still concerned about people, as the property is wheelchair friendly at both street and garden levels. Inside, you’ll find quality touches like 4 En-suite bathrooms, a gorgeous living area and wireless internet access.
The house is set in the delightfully named village of Appledore, which sits on the River Torridge. Here you’ll find the North Devon Maritime Museum, where every room shows a different way of life at sea.
In review, I think anyone staying here will realise that eco friendly can still mean luxurious and modern.

This divine, dual-aspect property has it all, a luxury interior, set right behind a Blue Flag beach and with essential amenities close by.
Being part of a new development of apartments called Horizon View, On The Rocks benefits from a secure parking space, video entry and expertly landscaped grounds.
When the location you’re holidaying in has an exclamation point in its name, you know you’re onto a winner. Westward Ho! is a seaside village. Surfing, kite-boarding and even buggying can be done on the spacious beach, known as The Golden Bay. Golfing fans should visit the nearby Royal North Devon golf course, the oldest in England & Wales.
I’m sure you don’t need telling just what a treat this would make for a large family!

With space and quality in abundance, Hobart House can take care of big families with ease. The fact it’s close to both Newquay’s beach and town centre is a bonus!
Other handy touches at the house include a full Sky TV package, Wi-Fi internet access and a garage for storing surf gear. Should you need even more space, an adjacent Mews property is also available to book.
Once you get inside, it’s a certainty you’ll be chatting about how beautiful this period property is inside during the first few days of your stay here.
I simply feel Hobart House is at a level where it suits anyone who needs a comforting beach break.

Excellently positioned in Weymouth, notable features inside 4 Harbour Reach are the master bedroom’s En-suite bathroom and the modern, fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you also have access to a handy off street parking space.
Both Weymouth Beach, marina and town centre are within walking distance of the property. Nothe Fort, a historic three level labyrinth of tunnels, is set on the coast and is a 7 minute drive from Harbour Reach.
Superbly located, I feel this apartment would suit an active set of guests who want a quality place to come back to of an evening.

The substantial, detached Embleton is a classy and quiet place to stay, just 10 minutes walk from the beach path. Inside, things are very up to date, with nice touches including an iPod dock and DVD player.
Things to do in Croyde including watching a flick at the funky deckchair cinema, seeing what’s on at the village hall and surfing in the beautiful bay.
If it was me going, I’d happily spend my time scoffing snacks in the furnished south facing back garden, but that would do Embleton an injustice, as I believe it offers an intriguing combination of peace & quiet in an activity packed location.
