Comprising a self contained wing of the owners’ 200 year old cottage, the marvelous Majestic will be a real treat for animal lovers, as the aforementioned owners have a selection of donkeys dogs and miniature ponies for you to fuss!

There are plenty of thoughtful touches dotted in and around the property, like the assortment of games, books and DVDs. The TV also has a Freeview connection. Outside, there is a shared rear lawn with furnished patio/BBQ area.

This impressive apartment is located at the back of a detached house, roughly 10 minutes’ stroll from Mevagissey’s busy harbour.

Set over 2 floors, Lower Deck is located in the attractive Devon town of Salcombe. From here, you can take a trip to Hope Cove or hop on the sea tractor to Burgh Island. For 2012, the popular Salcombe town regatta will be taking place from the 5th to the 11th of August.

The property has plenty of modern gadgets like a Blu Ray player, surround sound and Sky Hd. Wi-Fi access is also available. There is also a lovely outdoor heated pool complex (shared with 3 smaller apartments) which has shower, toilet and changing facilities.

There are lots of gentle things to see and do in the Kingsbridge area such as taking a boat trip, visiting Dartmouth’s national park or just having a stroll around the lovely South Hams countryside.

With its charming courtyard garden and furnished BBQ area, this Cornish cracker is a great place for holidaymakers looking for some peace and quiet or a new area to explore.

Part of a Grade II listed Queen Anne house, there are numerous entertainment facilities at Little Warmington. Sky TV, a Playstation and an assortment of games, DVD’s and books are all available. A well behaved canine is also allowed.
